To bring a more strategic focus to the PAC.

SOLUTION:
Basing its approach on in-depth interviews with selected leaders and staff and additional industry research, Dunn Associates prepared and facilitated a two-day interactive strategic planning retreat with the PAC board.

RESULT:
Our research resulted in a comprehensive report and presentation—highlighting seven key findings—and conveying a number of specific strategic recommendations to help the association reassert its role as the political arm of the industry.

The PAC was able to identify major new strategies for improving performance and initiating value-added programming.
